1. You are submitting an online request for an appointment, and your request will not obligate Solomon Plumbing Co. ("Solomon") in any way.

2. All online appointment requests must be confirmed by Solomon. Solomon will contact you at its earliest convenience to either confirm your appointment or, if necessary, attempt to schedule an appointment for an different time.

3. Any and all work performed by Solomon will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in Solomon's Work Order Form. An example of Solomon's terms and conditions can be reviewed here.

4. You understand that Solomon will charge a minimum of $55.00 for each service visit.

5. Online appointment requests are currently available only for Solomon's Michigan customers at this time. Customers in other states can request an appointment by calling our central dispatcher at 248-486-1600.
